Coachfol.io offers an interface and booking system only. We do not handle payments, transactions are processed through the coach's Stripe account. Thus, we assume no liability for payment-related issues or disputes between coaches and clients.
Disputes arising directly between coaches and their clients are to be resolved by the involved parties. Coachfol.io holds no responsibility for mediation or resolution of these disputes.
These Terms of Service are governed by French law. Any legal actions or proceedings related to Coachfol.io must be brought in the courts of France.
Coachfol.io reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts if they violate these terms.
